This Terms of Service agreement is to ensure that communication and progress on commissions goes smoothly. Expectations are laid out here. This TOS may be subject to updates. ( Any updates during commissions will not apply to commissions accepted before updating )
TOS terms apply as soon as commissions are accepted. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request. I reserve the rights to my art.
All work is for personal use. Usage of my artwork for AI art generation/ training, NFTs, or hate speech is strictly forbidden.
As the artist, I'm allowed to promote myself with any commission work on any websites or display the artwork in any manner.
( If a commission is to be kept private this must be discussed beforehand and a small fee must be paid )
A 50% deposit is required after sketch approval. Full payment is required after completion of commission. Additional charges may be applied due to the complexity of a request.
( This will be discussed upon receiving a request )
In the case of emergency, injury, or disruption; a full refund will be provided if I am physically unable to finish a commission. A refund may also be provided in the case that a deadline is missed or if no communication occurs within 2-3 weeks of sketch approval.
( this time period may be altered depending on the complexity of the project )
Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase, however, revisions after lineart and color will be limited. Fully completed works will only allow very minor tweaking.
In case of any deadlines (birthdays, events, holidays etc.) that the art may be needed by, an extra express fee must be paid. This will be based on how extreme the deadline is.
If multiple characters are included in a commission, the price of the other characters will be added based on regular single character rates. ( I.E. if two full body sketched characters are ordered it will be $30 + $30 )
